Please note that due to an increase in client numbers it is no longer possible to advise people who do not live, work or care for someone in the borough.

In exceptional circumstances bureaux may need to restrict normal access hours without notice. This could be due to staff shortages or increased demand on the day.

Thursday	:	10am to 12 noon & 1:30pm to 3.30 pm
Friday	:	10am to 12 noon
